The paper represents the systematized functions of organizational culture and the detailed description of the motivation function. The paper analyses the composition of methods of organizational culture motivation influence on the enterprise personnel. It also dwells upon the differences between the traditional system of motivation to work and the motivation within the framework of organizational and cultural approach. It also suggests the description of specific methods of organizational culture as well as of the mechanism of their influence on the personnel motivation to work. |
