Подано результати досліджень мікроелементного складу плаценти та крові корів при нормальному отеленні та за патології третьої стадії отелення. Встановлено, що плацентарний бар'єр має значення в регуляції переходу мікроелементів із крові матері до плода.
The results of studies of the microelement composition of the placenta and the blood of cows with normal hotel and pathology of the third stage of calving. It is found that the placenta is important in regulating the transition of microelements maternal blood to the fetus. Microelements accumulation in tissues and organs of the fetus it causes a decrease in their content in the body of the mother, a negative impact on his health, in particular on the course of calving and post-natal period. |
