Дисертація присвячена розробці теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів розвитку сільськогосподарських кооперативів, визначенню їх економічної ефективності. На основі теоретичних узагальнень уточнено визначення кооперації, розглянуто ідентифікаційні ознаки кооперативів, організаційно-економічні передумови їх становлення й розвитку, запропоновано методику розрахунку ефективності діяльності обслуговуючих кооперативів. Визначено тенденції формування та функціонування кооперації в аграрній сфері у сучасних умовах, проведено комплексну оцінку результатів діяльності виробничих та обслуговуючих кооперативів з метою виявлення можливих резервів підвищення ефективності діяльності, а також обґрунтовано пропозиції й рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку сільськогосподарської кооперації.
The thesis deals with the theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to calculating economic efficiency of agricultural cooperatives and grounds the ways of improving the efficiency of their functioning. On the basis of theoretical generalizations the definition of cooperation has been specified; the identification signs of cooperatives, organizational and economic pre conditions of their formation and development have been considered; the methods of calculating the efficiency of activity of service cooperatives have been offered. The tendencies of the formation and the functioning of cooperatives have been determined in the agrarian sphere under new conditions. In an effort to reveal possible reserves for improving the operation efficiency a complete estimation of the results of production and service cooperatives activities has been conducted. The paper also offers suggestions and recommendations for the subsequent development of agricultural cooperation. |
