The paper investigates the effects of zinc chloride (sharp lethal concentrations – 10-100 mg/dm3; chronic lethal – 0,5-5 mg/dm3; endurable – 1.10-5- 1.10-1 mg/dm3; threshold concentrations – 1.10-8-1.10-6 mg/dm3 and lower) on the reproduction and development of mollusca pulmonata Lymnaea stagnalis. It has been established that the range of concentrations from sharp lethal to threshold ones in this molluscs is rather wide (1.10-8-100mg/dm3). The above indicates to the extreme lability of the mollusc body. On the basis of analyzing the reaction of the molluscs reproduction system to various levels of intoxication caused by the given pollutant the conclusion was made as to the stimulating effects of zinc chloride in its high concentrations (1 mg/dm3) and the depressing effects in lower concentrations (1.10-3 mg/dm3). Досліджено вплив хлориду цинку (гостролетальні концентрації – 1– 100 мг/дм3; хронічні летальні – 0,5–5,0; витримувані – 1.10-5–1.10-1; підпорогові концентрації – 1.10-8–1.10-6 мг/дм3 і менше) на особливості репродукції та розвитку легеневого молюска ставковика озерного. З’ясовано, що діапазон концентрацій від гостролетальних до підпорогових у цього молюска досить широкий (1.10-8-100 мг/дм3), а це свідчить про надзвичайну лабільність його організму. На підставі аналізу реакції репродуктивної системи ставковика на різні рівні інтоксикації цим полютантом зроблено висновок про активізацію продукційного процесу за вищих концентрацій хлориду цинку (1 мг/дм3) і пригнічення – за нижчих концентрацій (1.10-3 мг/дм3). |
