| Description |
The paper considers the methodical reguirements related to expertizing the new varieties as to the distinction, similarly and stability of potato variety. It is noteworthy that the identification of varieties is exercised through applying the methods of specifying morphological characters (qualitative, quantitative, pseudo-qualitative ones). The authors also specify the above characters and focus on their importance for the international harmonization variety descriptions by the International Union for protecting new crop varieties. The specifications of characters are grouped according to the documented levels of corresponding phonological phase of growth and development. The characters cited in the paper contribute to the completeness of the morphological specification according to the state registration of varieties and the rights to them are exercised.
Викладено методичні вимоги щодо експертизи нових сортів з визначення відмінності, однорідності і стабільності сортів картоплі. Зазначено також, що ідентифікацію сортів здійснюють методом опису морфологічних ознак (якісних, кількісних і псевдоякісних). Дано пояснення ознак, зазначено їхню важливість для міжнародної гармонізації описів сорту країнами-учасниками Міжнародного союзу з охорони нових сортів рослин (UPOV). Викладено пояснення ознак за групами із задокументованими ступенями прояву у відповідну фенологічну фазу росту та розвитку. Викладені в статті ознаки забезпечують повноту морфологічного опису, за яким проводять державну реєстрацію сорту та прав на нього. |
