With new guidelines to revive the livestock industry gets special priority scientific and practical search strategies of fodder production , the choice of directions , forms and methods of its implementation in order to improve efficiency. In terms of domestic fodder behind the member countries of the world economic community as a result of extensive , especially resource and pryrodozatratnoho and ekolohonebezpechnoho entities. This greatly affects the production process of high quality raw materials and food products and the formation of food security , which necessitates a focused and quickly jump to the provender milling progressive innovation and investment –type development. As a result, the study found that the most active direction of the innovation process in forage production at present is the introduction of new varieties of fodder crops and kormosumishok . In view of this a study quantitative effects of key factors on forage production from 1 ha in VCA " Ruzhyn " Ruzhynske area and DG " Ryhalske " Yemel'chins'kyy district, Zhytomyr region by the method of statistical dependence equations . Based on the values of the parameters , we conclude that all factors are an indicator of a strong and very stable relationship . The highest index value and the correlation coefficient of resistance is due to single- equation, which takes into account six factors - innovative varieties. So promising area of scientific and technological progress should be considered fodder development and implementation vysokourozhaynyh varieties of forage crops and resource-saving and environmentally friendly technologies , the economic significance of which is that for the same cost for tillage, planting , maintenance and harvesting of crops , provided increase productivity of forage crops, forage quality , which will allow in the future to increase the production of forage and reduce the cost of crop and livestock production. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування інноваційної складової кормовиробництва та визначено вплив на підвищення результативності галузі. Запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки інтегрального показника ефективності інновацій, який визначається за економічною, екологічною і енергетичною ефективністю кормовиробництва. Доведено за лінійною моделлю залежності з врахуванням інновацій у галузь тенденцію підвищення рівня ефективності кормовиробництва за рахунок нових сортів кормових культур і кормосумішей, а також технологій їх вирощування. |
