The cytogenetic monitoring of the Usmansky and Hrenovskoy autochthonic pine stands (Voronezh region) points that the modern status of these forests can be still considered as satisfactory. The parameters of the mitotic index and the activity of nucleoli and the number of the pathological mitosis are on the normal levels. But the appearance of micronuclei (their number is less than 1%) points to the beginning of the pathological processes in the pine stands and this fact notes the necessity to protect and reproduce the population structure of Usmansky and Hrenovskoy forests as the valuable gene sources urgently.
Результати цитогенетичного моніторингу аутохтонних насаджень Усманського і Хреновського борів (Воронезька обл.) дозволяють вважати, що в цілому їх стан задовільний. Показники мітотичної і ядерцевої активності (МА і ЯА), патологій мітозу (ПМ) знаходяться в межах їх нормальної мінливості, характерної для сосни звичайної. Проте присутність мікроядер (в кількості менше 1%) слід розглядати як сигнал про початок патологічних процесів в цих насадженнях і необхідності в зв'язку з цим прийняття термінових заходів щодо їх охорони як цінних джерел генів і відтворення їх структури. |
