Розглянуто структуру та динаміку розвитку землекористування аграрних підприємств у Житомирській області. Досліджено основні тенденції функціонування нових агроформувань, розглянуто нові форми господарських структур, що виникають внаслідок інтеграції сільськогосподарських, промислових та інших підприємств, розкрито економічні переваги та недоліки їх діяльності. З цих позицій обґрунтовано сучасні аспекти впливу нових агроформувань на соціально-економічне життя селян.
The paper highlights the structure and dynamics of land use development of agrarian enterprises of Zhytomyr oblast. The author investigates the main tendencies of the functioning of new agricultural formations, considers new forms of economic formations which originate as a results of integration of agricultural, industrial and other enterprises and reveals economic advantages and disadvantages of their activities. With this in view, the author also substantiates modern aspects related to the effects of new agricultural formations on the social and economic life of rural dwellers. |
