The materials of this article are devoted to introduction of new 8-multiple scheme of degelmintisation of dogs, which are ill by cestodosis. At the beginning of experiment 40,8 % dogs were infected intestinal worms, including 32,1 % echinococcus, 41,1 % –multiceps. In a year after introduction of scheme the EI went down to 13,0 % (on E. multilocularis and E. granulosis EI = 6,9 %, on M. multiceps EI = 6,2 %), and in the second year – to 6,9 % (4,0 and 2,9 % accordingly). In the third year of experience of EI = 2,9 % (on E. multilocularis and E. granulosis EI = 1,8 %, M. multiceps EI = 1,2 %). In the fourth year of EI echinococcuses was 0,3 %, and multicepses were not. Authors drew a conclusion, that the new scheme of degelmintisation of dogs against cestodosis had provided rapid creation of healthy sheep from echinococcosis and cenurosis.
Материалы статьи посвящены разработке и внедрению новой 8-кратной схемы дегельминтизации собак при цестодозах. В начале эксперимента 40,8 % собак были больны цестодозами, в том числе эхинококкозом 32,1 %, тениозом 41,1 %. Через год после внедрения схемы ЭИ снизилась до 13,0 % (по E. multilocularis и E. granulosis ЭИ = 6,9 %; по M. multiceps ЭИ = 6,2 %), во втором году – до 6,9 % (4,0 и 2,9 % соответственно). На третий год опыта ЭИ = 2,9 % (по E. multilocularis и E. granulosis ЭИ = 1,8 %; по M. multiceps ЭИ = 1,2 %). На четвертый год ЭИ собак эхинококками составила 0,3 %, а мультицепсами – отмечена не была. Таким образом, новая схема дегельминтизации собак при цестодозах с учетом биологии их возбудителей обеспечила за сравнительно короткий период оздоровление хозяйств от эхинококкоза и ценуроза овец. |
