The results of the microscopic structure and the morphometric description of the sacrum spinal knots of hen have been given in the paper. It has been determined that neurocell organization of the spinal knots is characterized by the existence of large, middle and small nerve cells that are different in morphological indices and nuclear-cytoplasmatic ratio.
У статті подані результати мікроскопічної будови та морфометричної характеристики крижових спинномозкових вузлів домашньої курки. Встановлено, що нейроцитарна організація спинномозкових вузлів характеризується наявністю великих, середніх та малих нервових клітин, які відрізняються за морфометричними показниками і ядерно-цитоплазматичним відношенням. |
