The indexes in the technological process of impurity purification from root crop residues have been considered. The article shows the mathematical model of the correlation between the necessary throughput of the root crop residue purifier depending on the linear parameters of the digging operating element, root crop agrophysical characteristics and operating conditions of the root crop collecting machine. The application of the given mathematical model makes it possible to optimize constructional kinematic parameters of the purifying operating elements on the basis of comparative calculation of discharge per second and post-purifier throughput.
Розглянуто показники технологічного процесу очищення домішок від вороху коренеплодів. Наведено математичну модель, яка характеризує взаємозв’язок необхідної пропускної здатності очисника вороху коренеплодів залежно від лінійних параметрів викопувального робочого органу, агрофізичних характеристик коренеплодів і умов роботи коренезбиральної машини. |
