The paper presents morphometric indices (the number, height and width) of the mucous membrane folds in the oviduct of geese aged 330 days. It has been established that the total amount of mucous membrane folds is the highest in the shell compartment (120,33±4,98 units) and the lowest in the isthmus (27,5±1,23 units). The folds height and width in the base area change depending on the oviduct section. High folds are formed by the mucous membrane of the shell (3397,14±269 mmt) and protein (4184,28± 482,09 mmt) compartments, wilde folds – of the protein (1518,17±174,56 mmt) compartment, while low and narrow folds are formed in the funnel neck (1434,52±174,92 and 203,23±13,2 mmt). The morphometric parameters of oviduct in clinically healthy geese should be used as indices if standard when diagnosing oviduct diseases.
У роботі наведені морфометричні показники (кількість, висота і ширина) складок слизової оболонки яйцепроводу гусок віком 330 діб. Встановлено, що загальна кількість складок найбільша у шкаралуповому відділі (120,33±4,98 одиниць) і найменша – в перешийку (27,5±1,23 одиниць). Висота складок, їх ширина в ділянці основ змінюється залежно від ділянки яйцепроводу. Високі складки формує слизова оболонка шкаралупового (3397,14±269 мкм) і білкового (4184,28±482,09 мкм) відділів, широкі – білкового (1518,17±174,56 мкм) відділу, низькі та вузькі – шийки лійки (1434,52±174,92 та 203,23±13,2 мкм). Параметри морфометрії яйцепроводу клінічно здорових гусок слід використовувати як показники норми при діагностиці захворювань яйцепроводу. |
