Проаналізовано навчально-методичне забезпечення підготовки військових психологів у закладах вищої освіти України. Зокрема, розглянуто чинні навчальні та робочі програми з дисципліни «Військова психологія». З'ясовано, що військова психологія та військова педагогіка розвиваються в умовах сучасних турбулентних трансформацій, спричинених війною в Україні, що є цілком зрозумілим. Розглянуто низку навчальних і робочих програм з викладання навчальної дисципліни «Військова психологія». Комплексний аналіз навчальних планів і робочих програм викладання дисципліни «Військова психологія» у закладах вищої освіти України свідчить про те, що вони якісно відрізняються залежно від року їх розроблення. У мирний час навчальні програми узгоджуються з парадигмою мирного існування української державності, слугуючи доповненням до існуючих курсів загальної психології. У воєнний час війна на сході України в рамках АТО суттєво вплинула на зміст навчальних програм, виданих після 2013 року. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у комплексному порівнянні програм, висвітленні основних питань військової психології у двох модулях в одних програмах та акцентуванні уваги на проблемах військових команд і лідерства в інших. Також досліджується роль військової психології, проблеми військових команд і військової дидактики в третіх програмах. Автори підкреслюють якісне наповнення деяких програм 2023 року, в яких враховано практичний досвід війни високої інтенсивності, що свідчить про якісний прорив у галузі військової психології та військової педагогіки. Практичне значення дослідження є подвійним: по-перше, навчальні програми збагачуються практичним досвідом військових психологів, які брали участь у конфліктах високої інтенсивності; по-друге, військові психологи матимуть досвід роботи з широким спектром психогенних розладів серед ветеранів війни. Тому життєво важливо, щоб ветерани війни отримували адекватні реабілітаційні програми та інформаційно-аналітичну підтримку. The educational and methodological support for the training of military psychologists in higher education institutions of Ukraine was analyzed. In particular, the current educational and working programs for the discipline "Military Psychology" were considered. It was found that military psychology and military pedagogy are developing in the conditions of modern turbulent transformations caused by the war in Ukraine, which is quite understandable. A number of educational and working programs for teaching the academic discipline "Military Psychology" were considered. A comprehensive analysis of the curricula and working programs for teaching the discipline "Military Psychology" in higher education institutions of Ukraine indicates that they differ qualitatively depending on the year of their development. In peacetime, the educational programs are consistent with the paradigm of the peaceful existence of Ukrainian statehood, serving as a supplement to the existing courses of general psychology. In wartime, the war in eastern Ukraine within the framework of the ATO significantly influenced the content of the educational programs issued after 2013. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the comprehensive comparison of programs, highlighting the main issues of military psychology in two modules in some programs and focusing on the problems of military commands and leadership in others. The role of military psychology, the problems of military commands and military didactics in the third programs is also studied. The authors emphasize the qualitative content of some programs of 2023, which take into account the practical experience of high-intensity warfare, which indicates a qualitative breakthrough in the field of military psychology and military pedagogy. The practical significance of the study is twofold: first, the training programs are enriched with the practical experience of military psychologists who participated in high-intensity conflicts; second, military psychologists will have experience working with a wide range of psychogenic disorders among war veterans. Therefore, it is vital that war veterans receive adequate rehabilitation programs and information and analytical support. |
