У статті висвітлено ключові положення «Концепції розвитку відкритої науки в НАПН України на 2024-2030 роки» (далі — Концепція), підготовленої колективом наукових працівників відділу дослідницької діяльності університетів Інституту вищої освіти НАПН України та презентованої на засіданні Президії НАПН України 22 серпня 2024 р. У Концепції представлено загальні положення, надано визначення основних понять, охарактеризовано цінності та принципи відкритої науки, проаналізовано сучасний стан, здобутки та з’ясовано проблеми щодо відкритої науки в НАПН України, обґрунтовано актуальність, визначено мету, завдання, окреслено шляхи та представлено очікувані результати впровадження Концепції відкритої науки в НАПН України.
The article highlights the key provisions of the "Concept for the Development of Open Science in the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine for 2024-2030" (hereinafter — the Concept), prepared by a team of researchers of the Department of Research Activities of Universities of the Institute of Higher Education and presented at the meeting of the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine on August 22, 2024. The Concept presents general provisions, provides definitions of basic concepts, describes the values and principles of open science, analyses the current state, achievements and identifies problems regarding open science in the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, substantiates the relevance, defines the purpose, tasks, outlines ways and presents the expected results of the implementation of the Concept of Open Science in NAES of Ukraine. |
