У статті розкрито актуальність проблеми організації самостійної навчальної діяльності здобувачів вищої хімічної освіти в умовах цифровізації освітньо-наукового простору. Установлено, що вченими пропонуються різні визначення поняття «самостійна навчальна діяльність». З урахуванням різних точок зору зроблено висновок про те, що самостійна навчальна діяльність здобувачів вищої освіти являє собою внутрішньо мотивовану, цілеспрямовану, структуровану навчальну діяльність, що виконується суб’єктами навчання під керівництвом викладача, проте без його безпосереднього втручання та допомоги. У публікації виокремлено основні ознаки самостійної навчальної діяльності здобувачів, зокрема такі: підпорядкованість вимогам та змісту створених освітніх програм і навчальних планів; активність, умотивованість, рефлексивність здобувачів; виконання роботи без сторонньої допомоги; опора на власні знання, уміння, досвід; спрямованість на професійно-особистісне самовдосконалення працівника тощо. Конкретизовано організаційно-психологічну структуру зазначеної діяльності, що включає: здобувачів, їхні мотиви й потреби, предмет діяльності, мету діяльності, процес як систему автономних навчально-пізнавальних дій здобувачів, зовнішні та внутрішні умови діяльності, її продукт, результат. Визначено чинники, які слід враховувати під час організації самостійної роботи здобувачів вищої освіти. З’ясовано специфіку організації самостійної навчальної діяльності майбутніх фахівців у галузі хімії. Схарактеризовано групи компетенцій (загальні та фахові), якими вони мають оволодіти. Висвітлено можливості й особливості організації самостійної навчальної діяльності здобувачів вищої хімічної освіти в умовах цифровізації освітньо-наукового простору.
The article reveals the relevance of the problem of organising independent learning activities of higher chemical education students in the context of digitalisation of the educational and scientific space. It is established that scientists offer different definitions of the concept of "independent learning activity". Taking into account different points of view, it is concluded that the independent learning activity of higher education students is an internally motivated, purposeful, structured learning activity performed by the subjects of learning under the guidance of a teacher, but without his direct intervention and assistance. The publication identifies the main features of independent learning activities of students, in particular, the following: subordination to the requirements and content of the created educational and professional programmes and curricula; activity, motivation, reflexivity of students; performance of work without assistance; reliance on own knowledge, skills, experience; focus on professional and personal self-improvement of the employee, etc. The organisational and psychological structure of this activity is specified, which includes: applicants, their motives and needs, subject of activity, purpose of activity, process as a system of autonomous educational and cognitive actions of applicants, external and internal conditions of activity, its product, result. The factors that should be taken into account when organising the independent work of higher education students are determined. The specifics of the organisation of independent learning activities of future specialists in the field of chemistry are clarified. The groups of competencies (general and professional) that they should master are characterised. The possibilities and features of organising independent learning activities of higher chemical education students in the context of digitalisation of the educational and scientific space are highlighted. |
