Важливість проблеми профорієнтації як соціального явища полягає в необхідності подолання протиріччя між об'єктивними потребами суспільства у збалансованій кадровій структурі та суб'єктивними професійними прагненнями молоді. Система профорієнтації повинна сприяти ефективному розподілу трудових ресурсів, вибору молоддю професійного шляху та її адаптації до обраної спеціальності. Сучасна економіка вимагає швидкої та адекватної адаптації випускників професійних закладів освіти до умов ринку праці. Протиріччя між потребами ринку і рівнем професійної підготовки, недостатньою кваліфікацією фахівців та їх непридатністю до вимог ринку праці спричиняють зростання безробіття серед випускників.
The importance of the career guidance problem as a social phenomenon lies in the need to overcome the contradiction between the objective needs of society for a balanced personnel structure and the subjective professional aspirations of young people. The career guidance system should contribute to the effective distribution of labor resources, the choice of a professional path by young people and its adaptation to the chosen specialty. The modern economy requires rapid and adequate adaptation of graduates of professional educational institutions to the conditions of the labor market. Contradictions between the needs of the market and the level of professional training, the insufficient qualification of specialists and their unsuitability to the requirements of the labor market cause an increase in unemployment among graduates. |
