Вирішення питання підвищення якості професійної підготовки майбутніх робітників швейного профілю (КРШП) залежить від модернізації не тільки змісту, форм, методів, а також від принципів, оптимізації способів і технологій організації освітнього процесу в закладах ЗП(ПТ)О), а і переосмислення мети та кінцевого результату професійної підготовки кадрів у співпраці із стейкхолдерами. В статті запропонована структурно-динамічна модель, що відображає результати проєктування системи розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх КРШП на засадах ДПП та систематизує практико-технологічні дії щодо цілеспрямованого розвитку досліджуваного феномену.
Solving the issue of improving the quality of professional training of future garment workers depends on the modernization not only of the content, forms, methods, but also on the principles, optimization of methods and technologies of the organization of the educational process in ZP(PT)O institutions), but also on rethinking the purpose and the final result of professional training in cooperation with stakeholders. The article proposes a structural-dynamic model that reflects the results of designing a system for the development of professional competence of future RNs on the basis of PPP and systematizes practical-technological actions for the purposeful development of the studied phenomenon. |
