В статті аналізуються результати анкетування понад 400 випускників закладів професійної освіти (ЗП(ПТ)О) із більшості регіонів України для з’ясування стану рівня сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх робітників швейного профілю, де оцінювання досліджуваного явища відбувалось за діяльнісним, мотиваційним та рефлексивним критеріями. Важливим інструментом усвідомлення та змін факторів впливу на підготовку кадрів є механізм державно-приватного партнерства як підґрунтя для якісних змін в освітній сфері нашої держави.
The article analyzes the results of a survey of more than 400 graduates of vocational education institutions (ZP(PT)O) from most regions of Ukraine to find out the state of the level of formation of professional competence of future workers of the sewing profile, where the assessment of the studied phenomenon took place according to activity, motivational and reflective criteria. An important tool for understanding and changing the factors influencing personnel training is the mechanism of public-private partnership as a basis for qualitative changes in the educational sphere of our country. |
