Основні тенденції у кваліфікаційних вимогах роботодавців проявляються в розширенні числа обов’язків (функцій, зон відповідальності – компетенцій); виділенні груп пріоритетних професійних навичок і вмінь; орієнтації на вищій рівень кваліфікації; зростання значущості професійної компетенції; вимогливості до особистісних якостей працівників. В статті розглянуті особливості співпраці ЗП(ПТ)О та роботодавців швейної галузі у розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців на засадах ДПП в організаційному, спонукально-інформаційному, формувально-когнітивному та діяльнісно-результативному етапах.
The main trends in the qualification requirements of employers are manifested in the expansion of the number of duties (functions, areas of responsibility - competencies); allocation of groups of priority professional skills and abilities; orientation to a higher level of qualification; growing importance of professional competence; requirements for the personal qualities of employees. The article examines the peculiarities of the cooperation of V(VT)E and employers of the garment industry in the development of professional competence of future specialists on the basis of PPP in the organizational, motivational-informational, formative-cognitive and activity-resultative stages. |
