Актуалізовано надважливу проблему опанування людиною ефективних стратегій ухвалення найраціональніших рішень. Висвітлено ключові питання теорії ухвалення рішень. Виокремлено ключові маркери найкращого рішення. Схарактеризовано вміння, необхідні для ухвалення ефективних рішень. Визначено сукупність чинників, що впливають на процес прийняття і якість рішень. З’ясовано причини, що унеможливлюють ефективне розв’язання проблем і ухвалення оптимальних рішень. Розглянуто етапи процесу ухвалення рішень загалом і найраціональнішого зокрема. Запропоновано правила їх ухвалення.
Addressing the critical issue of mastering effective decision-making strategies essential for humanity. The works of domestic and foreign researchers on decision-making, including those awarded the 2002 Nobel Prize in Economics, have been presented and analyzed; relevant positions for Ukraine have been identified. The correlation between rational and valuable factors in making final decisions has been discussed. The need for structured resolution of complex problems in multitasking environments and the role of cognitive processes in decision-making have been highlighted. The effectiveness of decisions made is characterized based on the type of cognitive strategies applied. Emphasis is placed on the importance of purposeful teaching of different thinking types. Key issues in decision-making theory are illuminated. Key indicators of effective decision-making are identified. Abilities that shape the capacity to make the most rational decisions in uncertain conditions are determined. A set of factors, conditions, and regularities that, despite industry specifics, influence the decision-making process and quality of decisions have been specified. The reasons preventing effective problem-solving and optimal decision-making are clarified. Common mistakes in decision-making of varying complexity are generalized and analyzed to prevent them. The stages of the decision-making process in general and the most rational one in particular are examined. The effectiveness of the decision-making process at each stage depends on adhering to certain rules. A list of such rules is provided. Ways to make the decision-making process efficient are proposed. Conclusions are drawn regarding the highlighted key issues of decision-making theory and prospects for further research are identified. |
