На основі центрального положення гуманістично орієнтованого виховання щодо духовно-морального зростання особистості, що асоціюється з відповідними вчинками і поведінкою, розкриваються особливості її смислоціннісного поступу. У цьому плані розвивальну роль відіграють емоційні переживання, які зростаюча особистість мусить випробувати власними цінностями, щоб покласти в основу свого життя. Воно ж представлене функціонуванням особистості за імперативом бути собою і в той же час цілим родом. У цьому вбачається її громадянсько-патріотична вихованість і національна ідентифікація. З цими ж вищими устремліннями пов’язується духовне призначення і рівень їхньої досконалості. Процес виховання ціннісно розвиненої особистості слід організовувати у контексті глибинного психологічного супроводу з відповідними закономірностями й етико-понятійним глосарієм як орієнтовною основою методичної дії педагога. Його інноваційне поле повинно розгортатися на основі системи концептуальних постулатів, які оптимізують духовне становлення зростаючої особистості. Монографія адресована викладачам і студентам закладів вищої освіти, педагогам, методистам з виховної роботи, усім, хто займається проблемами виховання. On the basis of the central position of humanistically oriented education regarding the spiritual and moral growth of the individual, which is associated with appropriate actions and behavior, the peculiarities of its meaningful progress are revealed. In this regard, a developmental role is played by emotional experiences, which a growing individual must experience with his own values in order to establish the basis of his life. It is represented by the functioning of the individual according to the imperative to be himself and at the same time the whole family. This reflects her civic and patriotic upbringing and national identification. These same higher aspirations are associated with their spiritual purpose and level of perfection. The process of raising a value-developed personality should be organized in the context of deep psychological support with appropriate laws and an ethical-conceptual glossary as an indicative basis for the teacher's methodical action. Its innovative field should be developed on the basis of a system of conceptual postulates that optimize the spiritual formation of a growing personality. The monograph is addressed to teachers and students of higher education institutions, pedagogues, educational methodologists, and all those who deal with education issues. |
