Розглядаючи освітні втрати дітей та молоді в умовах воєнного стану, зазвичай не звертають достатньої уваги на втрати в дошкільній освіті, які є підґрунтям усіх подальших освітніх втрат і розвитку людського капіталу суспільства загалом. Серед основних чинників, які зумовили освітні втрати в системі дошкільної освіти України виокремлено: порушення принципу доступності дошкільної освіти; послаблення, а іноді й відсутність, психологічної, медичної, методичної та інформаційної підтримки всіх учасників освітнього процесу; відтік кадрів із закладів дошкільної освіти; відсутність своєчасної підтримки розвитку дитини у сенситивні періоди її життя.
Considering the learning losses of children and youth under martial law, insufficient attention is usually paid to losses in preschool education, which are the basis for all further learning losses and the development of human capital in society as a whole. Among the main factors that caused learning losses in the preschool education system of Ukraine are the following: violation of the principle of accessibility of preschool education; weakening and sometimes lack of psychological, medical, methodological and informational support for all participants of the educational process; outflow of qualified staff from preschool education institutions; lack of timely support for child development in sensitive periods of life. |
