В епоху індустрії 4.0. цифровізація закладів професійної та фахової передвищої освіти є наступним еволюційним кроком до удосконалення системи підготовки громадян до нових соціально-виробничих відносин. Для аналізу рівня розвитку цифровізації в Україні Кабінет Міністрів розпорядженням від 05 вересня 2023 року № 774-р затвердив перелік показників Індексу цифрової економіки та суспільства (Digital Economy and Society Index – DESI). Використання даного індексу дозволить провести порівняльний аналіз з країнами Європейського Союзу та визначити пріоритетні напрямки цифрової трансформації.
In the era of Industry 4.0, the digitalization of vocational and professional higher education institutions is the next evolutionary step towards improving the system of preparing citizens for new social and production relations. To analyze the level of digitalization development in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a list of indicators of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) by its Order No. 774-p dated September 05, 2023. The use of this index will allow for a comparative analysis with the countries of the European Union and the identification of priority areas for digital transformation. |
