Аналіз сучасного стану вітчизняних і закордонних психологічних, філософських, педагогічних і навчально-методичних, джерел, нормативних документів, дисертаційних робіт щодо формування екологічної компетентності майбутніх молодших медичних спеціалістів підтверджує актуальність цієї проблеми, вирішення якої вимагає від медичних закладів фахової передвищої освіти України чіткої орієнтації на успішну інтеграцію їхньої фундаментальної і професійної підготовки. Суспільству потрібні компетентні, висококваліфіковані, творчо мислячі фахівці, здатні приймати правильні рішення. Нами виявлене одне з головних протиріч: між потребою суспільства в молодших медичних працівниках з високим рівнем екологічної компетентності, які здатні розв’язувати практичні завдання, і, обмеженими можливостями нинішньої системи фахової передвищої освіти здійснити підготовку фахівця такої формації. У статті висвітлене сучасне бачення проблеми формування екологічної компетентності майбутніх медичних сестер у фахових коледжах, запропоновано авторське бачення дефініції «екологічна компетентність», яке у визначаємо як цілісну, комплексно структуровану властивість особистості, що поєднує рівень сформованості екоорієнтованих професійних знань, умінь і навичок, клінічного мислення, цінностей, особистісних якостей фахівця, готовність до постійного саморозвитку і самовдосконалення, що визначає здатність здобувача освіти здійснювати професійну діяльність, спрямовану на розуміння й аналіз характеру екологічних проблем відповідно до кваліфікаційних вимог медичного працівника. The analysis of the current state of domestic and foreign psychological, philosophical, pedagogical and educational methods, sources, normative documents, dissertations on the formation of environmental competence of future junior medical specialists confirms the relevance of this problem, the solution of which requires medical institutions of professional higher education of Ukraine to have clear orientation towards successful integration of their fundamental and professional training. Society needs competent, highly qualified, creatively thinking specialists capable of making the right decisions. We have identified one of the main contradictions: between society’s need for junior medical workers with high level of environmental competence, who are able to solve practical tasks, and the limited capabilities of the current system of professional preliminary education to train a specialist of such a formation. The article highlights the modern vision of the problem of the formation of environmental competence of future nurses in professional colleges, offers the author's vision of the definition of «environmental competence», which is defined as a holistic, complexly structured property of the individual, which combines the level of formation of eco-oriented professional knowledge, abilities and skills, clinical thinking, values, personal qualities of specialist, readiness for continuous self-development and self-improvement, which determines the ability of the student of education to carry out professional activities aimed at understanding and analyzing the nature of environmental problems in accordance with the qualification requirements of a medical worker. |
