У методичних рекомендаціях висвітлено теоретичні засади професійної підготовки вчителів старшої школи в зарубіжних країнах. З’ясовано особливості організації, змісту, форм та методів професійної підготовки вчителів старшої школи в зарубіжних країнах та виявлено її перспективні напрями розвитку. Показано, що педагогічна практика (загальна, спеціальна, індивідуальна) займає суттєве місце у професійній підготовці вчителів старшої школи в зарубіжних країнах. Встановлено перспективні напрями розвитку професійної підготовки вчителів старшої школи в зарубіжних країнах. Окреслено можливості творчого використання прогресивних ідей зарубіжного досвіду в системі педагогічної освіти України. Упровадження методичних рекомендацій сприятиме актуалізації проблеми професійної підготовки вчителів старшої школи в Україні й усвідомленню потреби розроблення рекомендацій щодо покращення стану вітчизняної безперервної педагогічної освіти, зокрема вдосконалення системи професійного розвитку педагогів, з урахуванням конструктивних ідей зарубіжного досвіду. Методичні рекомендації адресовано викладачам і студентам вищих, фахових передвищих закладів освіти, закладів безперервної педагогічної освіти для використання у процесі підготовки і підвищення кваліфікації фахівців педагогічного профілю за галуззю 01 «Освіта/Педагогіка». The methodological recommendations highlight the theoretical foundations of professional training of high school teachers in foreign countries. The peculiarities of organisation, content, forms and methods of professional training of high school teachers in foreign countries are clarified and its promising directions of development are identified. It is shown that pedagogical practice (general, special, individual) occupies a significant place in the professional training of high school teachers in foreign countries. Promising directions of development of professional training of high school teachers in foreign countries are identified. The possibilities of creative use of progressive ideas of foreign experience in the system of teacher education in Ukraine are outlined. The implementation of the methodological recommendations will contribute to the actualisation of the problem of professional training of high school teachers in Ukraine and the awareness of the need to develop recommendations for improving the state of national in-service teacher education, in particular, improving the system of professional development of teachers, taking into account constructive ideas of foreign experience. The methodological recommendations are addressed to teachers and students of higher education institutions, professional higher education institutions, institutions of continuing pedagogical education for use in the process of training and professional development of pedagogical specialists in the field of 01 ‘Education/Pedagogy’. |
