У статті представлено результати діяльності Центру сучасних професій і технологій навчання Інституту професійної освіти НАПН України у 2023-2024 рр., які забезпечують: науково-методичний та консультативний супровід створення нових професій, розроблення професійних стандартів і впровадження сучасних професійних кваліфікацій для задоволення потреб населення у навчанні, працевлаштуванні та гідній праці в сучасних ринкових умовах; удосконалення нормативно-правових документів для реформування й розвитку системи професійної (професійно-технічної) та фахової передвищої освіти, національної системи кваліфікацій; партнерську взаємодію із заінтересованими у розвитку людського капіталу сторонами (урядові структури, підприємства, приватні компанії, наукові установи, заклади професійної (професійно-технічної) та фахової передвищої освіти, громадські організації, професійні спілки та ін.); вивчення досвіду формування і розвитку трудових ресурсів у зарубіжних країнах та імплементацію кращих практик в Україні; розроблення, апробацію та впровадження навчально-програмної документації для якісної професійної підготовки молоді та дорослого населення.
The article outlines the activities and achievements of the Centre for Modern Professions and Learning Technologies of the Institute of Vocational Education of NAES of Ukraine between 2023 and 2024. These efforts include: a) providing scientific, methodical and advisory support to create new professions, develop professional standards and implement up-to-date professional qualifications for meeting the population’s needs for education and decent employment in current market conditions; b) enhancing the regulatory framework to reform and develop the system of vocational and pre-tertiary education, as well as the national qualifications system; c) fostering partnerships with stakeholders investing in human capital development, including government bodies, enterprises, private companies, research institutions, vocational and pre-tertiary education institutions, public organizations, trade unions; d)studying the foreign experience of developing labour resources and implementing best practices in Ukraine; e) developing, validating and implementing educational programme documentation to ensure quality professional training for youth and adults. |
