У статті репрезентовані результати проведеного моніторингового дослідження сприйняття українськими підлітками технологій зі штучним інтелектом, їхніх занепокоєнь, очікувань та уявлень про можливості й загрози, які несуть такі технології. Для реалізації мети були поставлені завдання: дослідити загальне сприйняття ШІ підлітками; визначити страхи та очікування підлітків, пов’язані із ШІ; установити уявлення підлітків про можливості, які може запропонувати ШІ; оцінити, як сприйняття ШІ може впливати на ставлення підлітків до технології та їхню готовність використовувати її в майбутньому. Усі запитання опитувальника умовно поділено на п’ять блоків: перший: загальні (ім’я, вік, клас, зацікавленість у темі); другий: технічні (досвід використання певних сервісів із ШІ); третій: уявлення про можливості ШІ (бачення переваг, користі для людини, поліпшення або змін, мрії, очікувань, можливостей, допомоги в навчанні); четвертий: загальне сприйняття ШІ (філософські, екзистенційні); п’ятий: страхи й очікування (думки, бачення наслідків, безпечності, ставлення до використання військовими тощо). Сформовано висновки в результаті проведеного дослідження: на цей час у своєму житті респонденти не стикалися з проблемами у процесі використання ШІ, але припускають їх у майбутньому; відповіді підлітків свідчать про відсутність теоретичних знань про ШІ взагалі, зокрема нерозуміння механізму роботи, нинішньої його присутності у використовуваних ними пристроях тощо; підтверджена несформованість практичних навичок використання ШІ в проблемних життєвих ситуаціях; засвідчена відсутність теоретичних знань про можливості ШІ для його застосування в освітньому процесі; заакцентована нездатність використовувати практично ШІ в навчально-пізнавальній діяльності. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення ставлення підлітків до технології та їхню готовність використовувати її в майбутньому. The article presents the results of a monitoring study of Ukrainian teenagers' perception of technologies with artificial intelligence (AI), their concerns, expectations and ideas about opportunities and threats that such technologies bring. To realize the goal, the following tasks were set: to investigate general perception of AI by teenagers; identify teenagers’ fears and expectations related to AI; establish teenagers’ perception about the possibilities that AI can offer; assess how the perception of AI may influence teenagers’ attitudes towards technology and their willingness to use it in the future. All questionnaire questions are divided into five blocks: the first: general (name, age, class, interest in the topic); the second: technical (experience in the use of certain AI services); the third: perceptions of AI capabilities (vision of benefits, benefits for humans, improvements or changes, dreams, expectations, opportunities, help in learning); the fourth: general perception of AI (philosophical, existential); the fifth: fears and expectations (thoughts, vision of consequences, safety, attitude to use by the military, etc.). Conclusions were formed as a result of the conducted research: at this time the respondents did not face problems in the process of using AI in their lives, but they assume them in the future; teenagers’ answers indicate a lack of theoretical knowledge about AI in general, in particular, a lack of understanding of the working mechanism, its current presence in the devices they use, etc.; lack of practical skills in using AI in problematic life situations was confirmed; lack of theoretical knowledge about the possibilities of AI for its application in the educational process was proven; inability to practically use of AI in educational and cognitive activities was accentuated. Ways to improve teenagers' attitude to technology and their willingness to use it in the future were suggested. |
