В умовах війни, необхідності виживання і боротьби, українці звертаються до внутрішніх опор, активують власні особистісні ресурси, потребують їх розвитку та розгортання. Важливим особистісним ресурсом вважаємо суб’єктність як характеристику суб’єкта, що свідомо вчиняє і безперервно розвивається, виявляє високу особистісну і соціальну активність. В статті розкриваються можливості певних психотерапевтичних підходів до актуалізації і подальшого розвитку суб’єктності особистості.
In the conditions of war, and the need for survival and struggle, Ukrainians address to internal supports, activate their own personal resources, and, thus, require their development and deployment. We consider an individual agency to be an important personal resource as a characteristic of a person who consciously acts and continuously develops, shows high personal and social activity. This article reveals the possibilities of certain psychotherapeutic approaches to the update and further development of individual agency. |
