Мета статті: схарактеризувати особливості трансформації життєвої компетентності особистості в умовах травмівних непередбачуваних обставин, пов’язаних із повномасштабною війною. Життєва компетентність тлумачиться як властивість особистості, що забезпечує продуктивне розв’язання життєвих задач, які постають перед людиною упродовж її життя. Вона є вагомим чинником, подолання складних, непередбачуваних, травмівних обставин та знаходження виходу із складних ситуацій, з якими стикається людина. Джерелом життєвої компетентності особистості є її усвідомлений, проінтерпретований та осмислений життєвий досвід Він зумовлює трансформацію складних життєвих обставин в самостійно поставлені задачі та знаходження ефективних способів їх розв’язання. Схарактеризовано особливості прояву життєвої компетентності в умовах повномасштабної війни: ускладнення із прийняттям та самостійною постановкою життєвих задач, адекватних чинній ситуації; зміна структури життєвих ситуацій; трансформація смислової системи людини; неможливість знайти у власному життєвому досвіді відповідні наявній травмівній ситуації еквіваленти та складності з процесами аналізу та інтерпретації індивідуального досвіду. Визначено шляхи знаходження виходу із травмівної непередбачуваної ситуації: активний пошук смислів, пов’язаних із опануванням новими видами діяльності, та рефлексія. Перший дає змогу не лише виконувати поставлені ззовні задачі, а й ставити власні, спрямовані спочатку на адаптацію до нових видів діяльності, а потім і на пошук засобів ефективного їх виконання. Рефлексія дозволяє віднайти нові смисли релевантні складній непередбачуваній ситуації. The purpose of the article: to characterize the features of the person's life competence transformation in the conditions of traumatic, unpredictable circumstances associated with a full-scale war. Life competence is interpreted as the individual property that provides a productive solution to life problems that arise before a person throughout his life. It is an important factor in overcoming difficult, unpredictable, traumatic circumstances and finding a way out of difficult situations that a person faces. The source of a person's life competence is his or her realized, interpreted and senseful life experience. It determines the transformation of difficult life circumstances into self-set tasks and finding effective ways to solve them. The peculiarities of the life competence manifestation in the conditions of a full-scale war are characterized: difficulties with accepting and independently setting life tasks adequate to the current situation; change in the structure of life situations; transformation of a person's semantic system; inability to find in one's own life experience equivalents corresponding to the existing traumatic situation and difficulties with the processes of analysis and interpretation of individual experience. Ways out of a traumatic, unpredictable situation are identified: active search for meanings associated with mastering new types of activities, and reflection. The first makes it possible not only to perform tasks set from the outside, but also to set one's own, aimed first at adaptation to new types of activities, and then at finding means of their effective implementation. Reflection allows you to find new sense relevant to a complex, unpredictable situation. |
