Метою дослідження є аналіз застосування освітніх технологій у системі післядипломної освіти для розвитку професійної компетентності викладачів коледжів. У статті висвітлено особливості вдосконалення професійної компетентності викладача коледжу у системі безперервної професійної освіти. Наведено характеристики основних технологій розвитку професійної компетентності викладача коледжу.
The aim of the research is to analyze the application of educational technologies in the system of postgraduate education to develop the professional competence of college teachers. The article shows the improvement of the college teacher's professional competence in the system of continuous professional education. The characteristics of the main technologies for the development of the professional competence of the college teacher are given. |
