Проблема відповідності освітніх пропозицій закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти вимогам ринку праці є надзвичайно актуальною в умовах воєнного часу. Адже якщо здобута професія не є актуальною на ринку праці, випускники будуть мати труднощі у працевлаштуванні. Ринок праці є одним з найскладніших елементів ринкової економіки, в процесі функціонування якого переплітаються інтереси робітника та роботодавця щодо визначення ціни праці та умов функціонування, а також відображаються всі соціально-економічні процеси, що відбуваються в державі. У місті Біла Церква Київської області має місце відповідність освітніх пропозицій закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти вимогам ринку праці.
The problem of compliance of the educational offers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions with the requirements of the labor market is extremely urgent in wartime conditions. After all, if the acquired profession is not relevant in the labor market, graduates will have difficulties in finding employment. The labor market is one of the most complex elements of the market economy, in the process of which the interests of the worker and the employer are intertwined in determining the price of labor and operating conditions, as well as reflecting all the socio-economic processes taking place in the state. In the city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, the educational offers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions meet the requirements of the labor market. |
