У статті окреслено основні аспекти організації освітнього простору в закладі професійної освіти сфери послуг. Зазначено, що сфера послуг посідає особливе місце в структурі економічних відносин. Вказано на особливості професійної підготовки здобувачів освіти закладів професійної освіти за окремими професіями, а саме: «Агент з організації туризму» та «Оператор поштового зв’язку». Наведено дефініцію поняття «освітнє середовище», під яким розуміємо цілісну й динамічну систему, складне багаторівневе і багатофункціональне утворення, що в рамках єдиних базових стандартів забезпечує взаємозалежність та взаємодію своїх складових, і як складну ієрархічну структуру, піраміду просторів різних рівнів: глобального, континентального, окремої країни та регіону, локального (окремого закладу освіти), сімейного, особистісного. Доведено, що ефективна організація освітнього середовища повинна сприяти забезпеченню інноваційного розвитку освітнього закладу; оптимізації змісту, форм і методів освітньої та науково-методичної роботи; забезпеченню психологічного супроводу суб’єктів освітнього процесу. Відзначено роль педагогічних технологій в освітньому процесі. Окреслено низку інноваційних педагогічних технологій, серед яких: технології проблемного навчання, ігрові технології, технології особистісно орієнтованого підходу, інтерактивного та модульного навчання. На прикладі ДПТНЗ «Вінницьке вище професійне училище сфери послуг» описано концепцію використання особистісно орієнтованого підходу при професійній підготовці здобувачів освіти. Розкрито функції психолого-педагогічної служби, її значення в організації освітнього простору. Акцентовано увагу на використанні психолого-педагогічних технологій в освітньому процесі у період воєнного стану. Наведено результати анкетування здобувачів освіти І курсу ДПТНЗ «Вінницьке вище професійне училище сфери послуг» за спеціальною методикою «Соціометрія». The article outlines the main aspects of organising the educational space in a service sector vocational education institution. It is noted that the service sector occupies a special place in the structure of economic relations. The peculiarities of professional training of students of vocational education institutions in certain professions are indicated, namely: "Travel agent" and "Postal operator". The article defines the concept of "educational environment" as a holistic and dynamic system, a complex multilevel and multifunctional formation that ensures interdependence and interaction of its components within the framework of common basic standards, and as a complex hierarchical structure, a pyramid of spaces of different levels: global, continental, individual country and region, local (individual educational institution), family, personal. It is proved that the effective organisation of the educational environment should contribute to the innovative development of an educational institution; optimisation of the content, forms and methods of educational and scientific-methodical work; provision of psychological support to the subjects of the educational process. The role of pedagogical technologies in the educational process is noted. A number of innovative pedagogical technologies are outlined, including: problem-based learning technologies, game technologies, personality-oriented approach technologies, interactive and modular learning. On the example of Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of Services, the concept of using a personality-oriented approach in the professional training of students is described. The functions of the psychological and pedagogical service and its importance in the organisation of the educational space are revealed. Attention is focused on the use of psychological and pedagogical technologies in the educational process during martial law. The results of a survey of first-year students of Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of Services using the special methodology "Sociometry" are presented. |
