Дана робота представляє собою наукову доповідь на звітній науковій сесії «Про результати науково-дослідної роботи Інституту психології імені Г.С. Костюка НАПН України» Максименка Сергія Дмитровича – директора Інституту психології імені Г.С. Костюка НАПН України, дійсний член НАПН України, доктор психологічний наук, професора. Представлено другу фазу українського лонгітюдного дослідницького проекту, спрямованого на аналіз та розуміння нового мистецтва когнітивної війни у 2024 році, його нового якісного характеру та логістики, які суттєво вплинули на оборонні стратегії України у 2022–2024 роках. Ми досліджували, як концептуалізується, організовується та практикується сучасна війна в умовах швидких геополітичних, технологічних, психологічних та організаційних трансформацій. Ми також проаналізували ґрунтовні концептуальні та емпіричні внески провідних іноземних та вітчизняних експертів щодо трансформації українських оборонних стратегій навесні-влітку 2023 року з метою вивчення унікального українського досвіду війни та ранніх стратегічних уроків. Крім того, це забезпечує поглиблене розуміння військового командування Збройних Сил України, його оновленого військового мислення. Це також допомагає нам краще зрозуміти, коли, чому і як оборона має перевагу, і з якими наслідками в українському контексті в майбутньому.
This work represents a scientific report at the international scientific session “About the results of scientific research work to the Institute of Psychology named after G.S. Kostiuk NAPN of Ukraine" Maksimenko Sergiy Dmitrovich - Director of the Institute of Psychology named after G.S. Kostyuk of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, active member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, professor. Presented to another phase of the Ukrainian longitudinal pre-survey project, aimed at analyzing the understanding of the new concept of cognitive warfare in 2024, its new clear nature and logistics, which obviously affected the defense strategy of Ukraine in 2022–2024. We investigated how the current war is conceptualized, organized, and practiced in the minds of many geopolitical, technological, psychological, and organizational transformations. We also analyzed the ground-level conceptual and empirical contributions of leading foreign and economic experts in the context of the transformation of Ukrainian defense strategies in the spring of 2023 due to the change in Great Ukrainian evidence of the war and early strategic lessons. In addition, this will ensure the destruction of the intelligence of the military command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, its new military mission. This also helps us better understand why and how defense is superior, and what are the inheritances in the Ukrainian context in the future. |
