Стаття розкриває ключову роль соціальної компетентності в особистісному розвитку та професійній самореалізації виходячи із сучасних умов невизначеності та нестабільності. Проаналізовано різноманітні аспекти розвитку соціальної компетентності, включаючи її атрибути та компоненти, та висвітлено її значення у сучасному соціальному контексті через призму теоретичних праць та емпіричних досліджень. Стаття пропонує усебічний огляд наукових підходів до соціальної компетентності, включаючи думки та визначення від різних дослідників і теоретиків, які вказують на її складний, багатовимірний та інтегративний характер. Підкреслено необхідність розуміння механізмів розвитку соціальної компетентності та її впливу на ефективну адаптацію і самореалізацію особистості в суспільстві. Дослідження включає аналіз педагогічних та психологічних стратегій, спрямованих на розвиток соціальної компетентності, вказуючи на значення інтерактивних методів та активної участі у соціальному житті для її формування. Соціальну компетентність визначено як здатність до ефективної взаємодії, що передбачає розуміння та врахування позицій інших, а також уміння досягати спільних цілей через співпрацю та комунікацію. Робота підкреслює важливість комплексного підходу до вивчення та розвитку соціальної компетентності, який включає як теоретичні, так і практичні аспекти. Значення соціальної компетентності визначається як важливий аспект її соціалізації та інтеграції у суспільство, що має прямий вплив на професійний успіх і взаємодію із соціальним оточенням. Узагальнення досліджень показує, що соціальна компетентність об’єднує у собі низку ключових компетенцій і є фундаментом для розвитку відповідальної, активної особистості, здатної ефективно адаптуватися та взаємодіяти в різноманітних соціальних контекстах. This work unveils the pivotal role of social competence in personal development and professional self-realization, given the current conditions of uncertainty and instability. The author thoroughly analyzes various aspects of social competence development, including its attributes and components, and highlights its significance in the contemporary social context through the lens of theoretical works and empirical studies. The article offers a comprehensive review of scientific approaches to social competence, including thoughts and definitions from various researchers and theorists, which point to its complex, multidimensional, and integrative nature. By examining theories and empirical data, emphasizes the necessity of understanding the mechanisms of social competence development and its impact on effective adaptation and self-realization of an individual in society. The research includes an analysis of pedagogical and psychological strategies aimed at developing social competence, pointing out the importance of interactive methods and active participation in social life for its formation. Social competence defines as the ability to interact effectively, which entails understanding and considering the positions of others, as well as the ability to achieve common goals through cooperation and communication. The work highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to studying and developing social competence, which includes both theoretical and practical aspects. The significance of social competence is identified as a crucial aspect of its socialization and integration into society, having a direct impact on professional success and interaction with the social environment. A summary of studies shows that social competence incorporates a range of key competencies and is foundational for the development of a responsible, active personality capable of effectively adapting and interacting in various social contexts. |
