У статті йдеться про актуалізацію необхідності переосмислення існуючих інформаційно-освітніх середовищ, які під впливом цифрової трансформації отримують певну розбудову в постмодерному трансдисциплінарному просторі сьогодення. Автор зазначає на соціально-турбулентних обставинах, спричинених надзвичайно небезпечним станом існування закладів освіти України в умовах воєнного стану, що провокує проблему балансування соціально-психологічної організації лояльності науково-педагогічних працівників. Метою статті є наведення певних аналітичних роздумів щодо визначення теоретико-методологічних засад психології лояльності науково-педагогічних працівників у контексті впливу глобальної цифрової трансформації та обставин форсмажору. Для визначення та обґрунтування основних понять дослідження автор використовує методи кластерного аналізу, контент-аналізу та інші емпіричні методи, у тому числі структурно-семантичне моделювання, що дає змогу отримати проміжні результати аналітичного пошуку: узагальнення та систематизацію. понятійно-категоріального апарату та визначення більш релевантних дефініцій. Розкрито такі поняття, як: «лояльність», «лояльність науково-педагогічних працівників», «соціально-психологічна організація лояльності». Перспективою дослідження окреслено інформаційно-аналітичний супровід соціально-психологічної організації лояльності наукових і педагогічних працівників у контексті впливу цифрової трансформації освіти та в умовах воєнного стану.
The article deals with the actualization of the need to rethink the existing information and educational environments, which under the influence of digital transformation receive a certain development in the postmodern transdisciplinary space of today. The author notes the social and turbulent circumstances caused by the extremely dangerous state of existence of educational institutions of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law, which provokes the problem of balancing the socio-psychological organization of the loyalty of scientific and pedagogical workers. The purpose of the article is to provide certain analytical reflections on the determination of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the psychology of loyalty of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of the influence of global digital transformation and force majeure circumstances. The author uses the methods of cluster analysis, content analysis, and other empirical methods, including structural-semantic modeling, to define and justify the basic concepts of the research, which makes it possible to obtain intermediate results of the analytical search: generalization and systematization of the conceptual and categorical apparatus and determination of more relevant definitions. Such concepts as: «loyalty», «loyalty of scientific and pedagogical workers», «social-psychological organization of loyalty» are disclosed. The perspective of the study outlines the informational and analytical support of the socio-psychological organization of the loyalty of scientific and pedagogical workers in the context of the influence of the digital transformation of education and in the conditions of martial law.
