У статті теоретично обґрунтовано та проаналізовано приклад практичного досвіду запровадження технології науково-методичного супроводу професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників в межах наукового співробітництва між ДЗВО «Університет менеджменту освіти» НАПН та КУ «Прилуцький центр професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників» Прилуцької міської ради Чернігівської області, що обумовлено кризовими умовами (пандемія COVID-19 та воєнний стан), запитами інноваційного суспільства та глобальними технологічними змінами. Проведено опитування з метою виявлення потреб та запитів педагогічних працівників щодо науково-методичного супроводу професійного розвитку. Визначено та проаналізовано етапи науково-методичного супроводу професійного розвитку педагогічних працівників в межах наукового співробітництва.
The article theoretically substantiates and analyzes an example of the practical experience of introducing the technology of scientific and methodological support for the professional development of pedagogical workers within the scope of scientific cooperation between the University of Education Management of the National Academy of Sciences and the MI «Prylutsk Center for the Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers» of the Prylutsk City Council of Chernihiv Oblast, which is due to crisis conditions (the COVID pandemic -19 and martial law), demands of innovative society and global technological changes. A survey was conducted to identify the needs and requests of pedagogical workers regarding scientific and methodological support for professional development. The stages of scientific and methodical support of the professional development of pedagogical workers within the scope of scientific cooperation have been determined and analyzed. |
