У даній монографії розкрито проблему розвитку цифрової культури керівників закладів професійної освіти, представлено теоретичні і практичні засади її розвитку. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз поняття «цифрова культура керівників закладів професійної освіти» і використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в управлінській діяльності. Визначено основні особливості цифрової культури, чинники її розвитку, компоненти та критерії оцінювання. Розроблено модель інтегрованої цифрової компетентності, яка охоплює всі ключові аспекти, необхідні для розвитку цифрової культури керівника, а також формулу розвитку цифрової культури впродовж життя. Охарактеризовано сучасні підходи, організаційно-педагогічні умови розвитку цифрової культури керівників навчальних закладів. Обґрунтовано компоненти та критерії оцінювання цифрової культури керівників. Запропоновано зміст, конкретні форми і методи розвитку цифрової культури та психолого-педагогічної допомоги особистості у виборі індивідуальної траєкторії розвитку цифрової культури створенням «дорожньої карти» її розвитку. Автор детально відобразив аналіз інтелектуального капіталу навчальних установ, оцінювання інтелектуальних ресурсів та ідентифікацію потреб у їхньому розвитку, виокремив інтеграцію інтелектуального капіталу як засобу розвитку цифрової культури. Важливим аспектом є впровадження інтелектуального капіталу в управлінські процеси для більш ефективного інноваційного керівництва закладом професійної освіти. Монографія стане корисною керівникам закладів професійної освіти, працівникам наукових установ, інститутів післядипломної освіти, педагогічним працівникам, аспірантам, докторантам, усім, хто цікавиться проблемами розвитку цифрової культури. This monograph addresses the issue of developing digital culture among leaders of vocational education institutions, presenting both theoretical and practical foundations for its development. A theoretical analysis of the concept of "digital culture of educational leaders" and the use of information and communication technologies in management activities is conducted. The main features of digital culture, factors influencing its development, components, and evaluation criteria are defined. An integrated model of digital competence is developed, covering all key aspects necessary for the development of a leader's digital culture, as well as a formula for lifelong digital culture development. Modern approaches and organizational-pedagogical conditions for the development of digital culture among educational leaders are characterized. Components and evaluation criteria for assessing digital culture among leaders are justified. Content, specific forms, and methods for developing digital culture and psycho-pedagogical support for individuals in choosing an individual development trajectory for digital culture through the creation of a "roadmap" are proposed. The author provides a detailed analysis of the intellectual capital of educational institutions, evaluates intellectual resources, identifies development needs, and highlights the integration of intellectual capital as a means of developing digital culture. An important aspect is the integration of intellectual capital into management processes for more effective innovative leadership in vocational education institutions. This monograph will be useful for leaders of vocational education institutions, employees of research institutions, institutes of postgraduate education, pedagogical staff, graduate students, doctoral students, and anyone interested in the development of digital culture. |
