У статті розкрито дидактичний алгоритм розроблення індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії. Окреслено, що згідно вимог освітнього законодавства в України всі здобувачі освіти мають нагоду сформувати індивідуальну освітню траєкторію, яка визначає персональний шлях реалізації особистісного потенціалу та формується з урахуванням здібностей, інтересів, потреб, мотивації, можливостей і їхнього досвіду. В умовах воєнного стану індивідуальна освітня траєкторія розглядалися як компенсація освітніх втрат здобувачів освіти і один зі шляхів забезпечення рівного доступу до освіти. Констатовано, що індивідуальна освітня траєкторія є інструментом, який дає змогу налаштувати освітній процес під потреби та можливості кожного учня з урахуванням його індивідуальних особливостей, можливостей та обмежень. Це дієвий механізм, що забезпечить умови педагогічної підтримки та супроводу розвитку особистості з її унікальністю та своєрідністю. Визначено, що наявність індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій у закладі освіти є індикатором якості освітнього процесу, який оцінюється під час інституційного аудиту Державної служби якості освіти. Схарактеризовано ідею освітнього маршруту учня в країнах Європи. Доведено, що навчання за індивідуальною освітньою траєкторією має стати дидактичною системи, яка реалізує індивідуальні програмами, зміст, форми, засоби, темп, форми контролю і оцінювання. Конкретизовано дидактичний алгоритм розроблення індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії, що складається з кількох етапів: аналіз потреб і можливостей учнів; визначення освітніх цілей; вибір навчальних матеріалів та методів; планування навчання, реалізація індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії; оцінка результатів.
The article reveals a didactic algorithm for developing an individual educational trajectory. It is outlined that according to the requirements of the educational legislation in Ukraine, all students of education have the opportunity to form an individual educational trajectory, which determines the personal path of realizing personal potential and is formed taking into account abilities, interests, needs, motivation, opportunities and their experience. In the conditions of martial law, the individual educational trajectory was considered as compensation for the educational losses of education seekers and one of the ways to ensure equal access to education. It was established that the individual educational trajectory is a tool that allows you to adjust the educational process to the needs and capabilities of each student, taking into account his individual characteristics, capabilities and limitations. This is an effective mechanism that will provide conditions for pedagogical support and support for the development of personality with its uniqueness and originality. It was determined that the presence of individual educational trajectories in an educational institution is an indicator of the quality of the educational process, which is evaluated during the institutional audit of the State Education Quality Service. The idea of the student's educational route in European countries is characterized. It has been proven that learning according to an individual educational trajectory should become a didactic system that implements individual programs, content, forms, means, pace, forms of control and evaluation. The didactic algorithm for the development of an individual educational trajectory, consisting of several stages, is specified: analysis of the needs and capabilities of students; definition of educational goals; selection of educational materials and methods; training planning, implementation of an individual educational trajectory; evaluation of results. |
