Представлено результати дослідження стану реалізації змішаного навчання (ЗН) у підготовці педагогів спеціальної освіти в умовах карантину на базі Миколаївського національного університету імені В. О. Сухомлинського. Здійснено аналіз сучасного досвіду використання ЗН у практичній діяльності педагогів України та світу. Визначено умови ефективності реалізації ЗН, серед яких: технологічна готовність закладу освіти, ІК-компетентність викладачів і студентів, відповідне організаційно-методичне забезпечення освітнього процесу. Аналіз стану реалізації ЗН у підготовці педагогів спеціальності 016 Спеціальна освіта виявив його значні потенційні можливості при збалансованому поєднанні очної та дистанційної форми, а також відповідному організаційному, технологічному та методичному супроводі. Основні недоліки пов’язані з неузгодженістю аудиторних форм з проведенням занять у режимі онлайн, технічним забезпеченням та організацією ЗН, рівнем ІК-компетентності його учасників, нечіткістю критеріїв оцінювання, складністю, а подеколи й неможливістю формування в такий спосіб важливих професійних навичок, зокрема, комунікативних, соціальних тощо. Запроваджений спосіб організації та реалізації освітнього процесу в умовах карантинних обмежень не є технологією ЗН у класичному її розумінні, проте він продемонстрував гнучкість та мобільність такої форми навчання в екстрених умовах, сприяв підвищенню ІК-компетентності викладачів та студентів, дозволив дотримуватись умов дистанціювання та зменшення соціальних контактів з метою запобігання поширенню епідемії СOVID-19. Результати дослідження дозволяють розглядати змішане навчання не лише як вимушену міру, пов’язану з карантином, а, насамперед, як перспективну технологію, яка органічно вписується в освітній простір високотехнологічного суспільства, спроможна впоратись із складними викликами сьогодення та потребує подальшої розробки і впровадження.
The results of research on blended learning (BL) implementation during training the teachers of special education based on the V.O.Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University in the conditions of quarantine are presented. The analysis of a modern experience of using BL in the practical activity of teachers of Ukraine and the world is carried out. The conditions for the effectiveness of BL are determined, namely: technological readiness of the educational institution, IC-competence of teachers and students, appropriate organizational and methodological support of the educational process. Analysis of the state of implementation of BL in the training of teachers of specialty 016 Special education revealed its significant potential with a balanced combination of full-time and distance learning, as well as appropriate organizational, technological, and methodological support. The main shortcomings are related to the inconsistency of classroom forms with online classes, technical support and organization of BL, the level of IC-competence of its participants, unclear assessment criteria, complexity, and sometimes the impossibility of forming important professional skills, in particular, communicative, social, etc. The introduced method of organization and implementation of the educational process under quarantine restrictions is not a technology of BL in its classical sense, but it demonstrated the flexibility and mobility of this form of learning in emergency conditions, helped increase the IC competence of teachers and students, contacts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic. The results of the study allow considering BL not only as a forced measure related to quarantine but, first of all, as a promising technology that fits into the educational space of high-tech society, can cope with today's challenges and needs further development and implementation. |
