Ґендерна чутливість в освіті – важлива ланка формування здорового колективу та розвитку ґендерної рівноваги у всіх сферах соціального життя. Трансформаційні процеси, що відбуваються у світі, сприяють створенню толерантного суспільства, заснованого на рівних правах жінок та чоловіків. Лідерами таких суспільних змін є заклади освіти, які спроможні виховувати в молодого покоління ґендерну чутливість. Методичні рекомендації стануть у нагоді керівникам освітніх закладів всіх рівнів, управлінцям міністерства освіти і науки України, співпрацівникам Національної академії педагогічних наук України, викладачам закладів вищої освіти, фахівцям у сфері ґендерної психології, соціальних психологів, управлінців, що опікуються питаннями ґендерної рівноваги у суспільстві та всім зацікавленим читачам. Gender sensitivity in education is an important link in the formation of a healthy team and development of gender balance in all spheres of social life. Transformational processes taking place in the world contribute to the creation of a tolerant society, based on equal rights of women and men. The leaders of such social changes are educational institutions capable of raising gender sensitivity in the younger generation. Methodological recommendations will be useful to heads of educational institutions of all levels, managers of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, collaborators of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, teachers of higher education institutions, specialists of in the field of gender psychology, social psychologists, caring managers issues of gender balance in society and to all interested readers. |
