Монографію присвячено аналізу психологічних основ вибору копінг-стратегій керівниками освітніх організацій. Робота містить теоретичне обґрунтування, методичні засади та результати емпіричного дослідження із зазначеної проблеми. Розкрито зміст копінг-стратегій, їх відмінність від психологічних механізмів захисту, визначено особливості активних та продуктивних копінг-стратегій, показано їх роль в управлінській діяльності керівників освітніх організацій. Побудовано модель організаційно-психологічних чинників вибору копінг-стратегій керівниками освітніх організацій. Подано результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей використання копінг-стратегій керівниками освітніх організацій для подолання професійного стресу. Розкрито зв’язок між вибором керівниками копінг-стратегій та організаційним розвитком освітніх організацій, вираженістю основних напрямків їх активності, стилем управління керівників та ін. Проаналізовано зв’язок між вибором керівниками освітніх організацій копінг-стратегій та активністю, оптимізмом керівників, вираженістю у них тайм-синдрому менеджера та ін. Розроблено й апробовано тренінг «Психологія підготовки керівників освітніх організацій до використання продуктивних копінг-стратегій». Монографія розрахована на керівників та працівників освітніх організацій, викладачів закладів вищої освіти та інститутів післядипломної освіти, організаційних психологів, науковців, а також усіх, хто цікавиться проблемою копінг-стратегій та особливостями стрес-долаючої поведінки. The monograph explores the psychological foundations of educational organization heads' coping strategy choice. The book contains the theoretical basis, methodological principles and results of empirical research into the problem of interest. The coping strategies' content, role in the work of heads of educational organizations, differences from psychological protection mechanisms, as well as the distinctive features of active and productive coping strategies were analyzed. A model of organizational and psychological factors in educational organization heads' coping strategy choice was built. The authors present the results of an empirical study of educational organization heads' use of coping strategies to overcome occupational stress. The relationships between the educational organization heads' choice of coping strategies and the organizations' levels of development, types of activities, and heads' management styles were revealed. The authors also analyze the relationship between the educational organization heads' choice of coping strategies and heads' activity, optimism, and the severity of their time syndrome. A training course "Psychology of educational organization heads' training in using productive coping strategies" was developed and tested. The monograph is intended for managers and employees of educational organizations, teachers of institutions of higher and postgraduate education, organizational psychologists, researchers, as well as everyone who is interested in coping strategies and stress management. |
