У статті розглядаються питання формування навичок майбутнього у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців в умовах цифровізації. Метою статті є теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування, дослідження і обґрунтування, які навички майбутнього будуть впливати на якість професійної підготовки фахівців відповідно до вимог сучасного цифрового часу. Автори аналізують вплив цифровізації на вимоги до освіти, визначають основні м'які та тверді навички, які необхідні фахівцям майбутнього. На основі теоретичного аналізу та емпіричних досліджень авторами встановлено, що цифровізація вимагає від освітніх систем підготовки фахівців, які володіють не тільки професійними знаннями та вміннями, але й системою м'яких та соціальних навичок. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю швидкого реагування сучасних закладів освіти на процеси глобалізації та зміни світових тенденцій у соціально-економічній, освітній, науковій, інформацій Для досягнення мети дослідження нами використовувався аналітичний метод, який передбачає вивчення і систематизацію наукової літератури, матеріалів впливу цифровізації та навички майбутніх фахівців. На основі аналізу наукових джерел та в ході педагогічних спостережень, авторами констатовано, щоб забезпечити здобувачів освіти отримувати навички, необхідні для успіху в майбутньому, освітня система повинна змінитися: ці зміни повинні бути всеосяжними і охоплювати всі рівні освіти, від дошкільної до вищої. В процесі дослідження встановлено, щоб сформувати навички майбутнього в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців необхідно сформувати освітню парадигму, орієнтовану на формування цілісної особистості; застосувати методи навчання, які сприяють розвитку м'яких та твердих навичок; створити освітнє середовище, яке сприятиме практичному застосуванню навичок, розвитку міжособистісних відносин та співпраці. The article deals with the issues of forming the skills of the future in the process of professional training of future specialists in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the article is to theoretically and methodologically substantiate, research and justify which skills of the future will affect the quality of professional training of specialists in accordance with the requirements of the modern digital age. The authors analyze the impact of digitalization on education requirements, identify the main soft and hard skills that future professionals need. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, the authors find that digitalization requires educational systems to train specialists who possess not only professional knowledge and skills, but also a system of soft and social skills. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a rapid response of modern educational institutions to the processes of globalization and changes in global trends in the socio-economic, educational, scientific, informational To achieve the purpose of the study, we used the analytical method, which involves the study and systematization of scientific literature, materials on the impact of digitalization and the skills of future specialists. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and pedagogical observations, the authors state that in order to ensure that students acquire the skills necessary for success in the future, the educational system must change: these changes must be comprehensive and cover all levels of education, from preschool to higher education. The study found that in order to develop the skills of the future in the process of professional training of future specialists, it is necessary to form an educational paradigm focused on the formation of a holistic personality; apply teaching methods that promote the development of soft and hard skills; create an educational environment that will promote the practical application of skills, the development of interpersonal relationships and cooperation. |
