Pohorelyi, I.S. Psychological characteristics of the feeling of loneliness in military personnel and civilians in the conditions of war in Ukraine. – Manuscript. In the thesis, based on theoretical analysis, the essence and psychological characteristics of the feeling of loneliness in military personnel and civilians in the context of the war in Ukraine are revealed, and the potential of innovative solutions of corporate culture in solving the relevant problem is determined. The peculiarities of manifestation, professional and socio-demographic factors of the feeling of loneliness in military personnel and civilians have been empirically researched. The program "Communication and Cohesion: Strategies to Reduce Loneliness for Military Personnel" has been developed and tested, and methodological recommendations on work aimed at reducing the feeling of loneliness in military personnel have been provided. В кваліфікаційній роботі на основі теоретичного аналізу розкрито сутність та визначено психологічні особливості відчуття самотності військовослужбовців і цивільних осіб в умовах війни в Україні, потенціал інноваційних рішень корпоративної культури у вирішенні відповідної проблеми. Емпірично досліджено особливості прояву, професійні та соціально-демографічні чинники відчуття самотності військовослужбовців і цивільних осіб. Розроблено та апробовано програму «Комунікація та згуртованість: стратегії зменшення самотності для військовослужбовців», надано методичні рекомендації щодо роботи, спрямованої на зниження відчуття самотності у військовослужбовців. |
