У статті розглянуто проблему оцінки ефективності процесу управління інноваційно діяльністю підприємства. Успішна діяльність підприємств на ринку суттєво залежить від їх здатності до інноваційного розвитку. Оцінка ефективності організації інноваційної діяльності та отриманих результатів забезпечує інформаційну підтримку для аналізу ведення бізнесу та обрання подальших стратегічних та тактичних дій. Визначено мету оцінки ефективності інноваційної діяльності, яка полягає у визначенні ефективності діяльності підприємства внаслідок упровадження інновацій на підприємстві, а також кількісних та якісних аспектів управління процесами інноваційної діяльності. Окреслено низку завдань, які мають бути вирішені для досягнення поставленої мети: визначення складових управління інноваційною діяльністю; вибір критеріїв оцінки ефективності інноваційної діяльності (що оцінюється); визначення методичних підходів до оцінки (як оцінюється); визначення часових орієнтирів оцінки; розробка системи виявлення відхилень та реагування на їх наслідки. Розглянуто етапи оцінювання ефективності інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Проведено аналіз існуючих методичних підходів для оцінки ефективності інноваційної діяльності. Системний підхід до оцінки ефективності інноваційної діяльності є найбільш ґрунтовним, який доцільно доповнювати оцінюванням наукомісткості виробництва, ефективності використання власних та придбаних науково-дослідних розробок, технічного рівня забезпеченості інноваційної діяльності, оновлення технології, оновлення та частки конкурентоспроможної продукції. Проведення комплексного аналізу інноваційної діяльності та системного підходу до оцінки її ефективності сприятиме обґрунтуванню найбільш ефективних напрямів інноваційної діяльності, інноваційних програм та проектів підприємства.
The article deals with the problem of assessing the effectiveness of the process of managing the innovative activity of an enterprise. The successful activity of enterprises in the market depends significantly on their ability to develop innovatively. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the organization of innovation and the results obtained provides information support for the analysis of business conduct and the selection of further strategic and tactical actions. The goals of assessing the effectiveness of innovation are determined, which consists in determining the effectiveness of the enterprise as a result of the introduction of innovations at the enterprise, as well as the quantitative and qualitative aspects of managing the processes of innovation. A number of tasks are outlined that must be solved in order to achieve the set goal: determination of the components of innovation management; selection of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation (what is being evaluated), determining methodological approaches to evaluation (how is being evaluated), determining time benchmarks for evaluation, developing a system for identifying deviations and responding to their consequences. The stages of assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities of an enterprise are considered. The analysis of existing methodological approaches for assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities is carried out. A systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of innovation activity is the most thorough, which is advisable to supplement with an assessment of the science intensity of production, the effectiveness of using our own and acquired research and development, the technical level of innovation, updating technology, updating and the share of competitive products. A comprehensive analysis of innovation and a systematic approach to assessing its effectiveness will contribute to the substantiation of the most effective areas of innovation, innovation programs and enterprise projects. |
