У статті розглянуто особливості впливу руху відкритого доступу до якісної безперервної підготовки сучасного спеціаліста в контексті зростаючих змін ландшафту вищої освіти, що обумовлює перспективи реалізації якісних моделей їх професійно-особистісного становлення. Охарактеризовано доцільність навчально-методичного супроводу цифрової підготовки з використанням відкритих освітніх практик щодо засобів цифрової культурної спадщини, спрямованої на підтримку визнання суспільних цінностей. Вивчено базові засоби реалізації відкритої освіти, а саме: відкриті освітні ресурси, масові відкриті онлайн курси, відкриті цифрові підручники, що, з одного боку, дозволяє викладачам на їх основі розробляти власні матеріали до навчальних курсів, а з іншого – експериментувати з впровадженням гнучких моделей для підтримки індивідуальності кожного члена студентської спільноти. Проаналізовано перспективи та переваги реалізації підходів відкритої освіти, які пов’язані з рухом за справедливий доступ до якісної вищої освіти з урахуванням особливостей нелінійних моделей, кар’єри і зайнятості відповідно до життєвих цілей людини, що обумовлено регіональними потребами забезпечення невпинного рівня розвитку людського капіталу в умовах сталого розвитку. Розглянуто розширене визначення «соціального виміру», що викликано необхідністю в спільних діях на основі узгодженої політики безперервної освіти, яка пов’язана з обробкою і збереженням певних типів даних (цифрових бейджів) протягом усього життя. Доведено, що підвищення якості викладацького складу стимулює їх до ініціативи, плідної співпраці та безперервного вдосконалення на основі сучасних відкритих ресурсів, водночас покращує культуру взаємодії і рівень соціальної справедливості. Апробовано науково-методичне забезпечення професійно-особистісного розвитку педагогів суспільно-гуманітарних дисциплін, що збагачує досвід інтеграції цифрових технологій в освіту. Зокрема освітня технологія портфоліо активізує студентів до критичного дослідження особливостей відкритого освітнього середовища. The article considers the peculiarities of the influence of the open access movement to high-quality continuous training of modern specialists in the context of growing changes in the landscape of higher education, which determines the prospects for implementing quality models of their professional and personal development. The expediency of educational and methodical support of digital training with the use of open educational practices on the means of digital cultural heritage, aimed at supporting the recognition of public values, is described. The basic means of implementing open education have been studied, namely: open educational resources, mass open online courses, open digital textbooks, which, on the one hand, allow teachers to develop their own materials for training courses, and on the other get to experiment with flexible models to support the personality of each member of the student community. Prospects and advantages of implementing open education approaches related to the movement for open access to quality assurance of higher education are analyzed, taking into account the features of nonlinear models, careers and employment according to with human life goals, due to regional needs to ensure unremittingly human capital development in conditions of sustainable development. An expanded definition of the "social dimension" due to the need for joint action based on a coherent lifelong learning policy, which involves the processing and storage of certain types of data (digital badges) throughout life, is considered. It is proved that improving the quality of teaching staff stimulates them to the initiative, fruitful cooperation, and continuous improvement based on modern open resources while improving the culture of interaction and the level of social justice. Scientific and methodological support of the professional and personal development of teachers of social sciences and humanities has been tested, which enriches the experience of integration of digital technologies into education. In particular, the educational technology portfolio activates students to critically study the features of an open educational environment. |
