У статті розглянуто важливість вивчення соціально-економічних передумов консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва у відновленні соціально-орієнтованого ринкового господарства та економіки України в цілому в період воєнного та повоєнного стану. Визначено актуальність розгляду процесу розвитку молодіжного підприємництва та обґрунтовано важливість створення єдиної системи соціально-економічних передумов для консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва. Досліджено поняття «молодіжне підприємництво» та окреслено його особливість як ефективної форми підприємницької діяльності. Розглянуто властивості малих підприємств та їхню здатність мобілізувати значні фінансові й виробничі ресурси населення. Висвітлено актуальні завдання глобального суспільного значення та вплив молодіжного підприємництва на їх виконання. Описано характерні особливості діяльності молоді, якій властиві освіченість, ерудованість, енергійність, честолюбність. Ці риси, а також володіння інтернет-технологіями робить її дуже конкурентоспроможною. Охарактеризовано ознаки та умови переходу на шлях економічної відбудови України, їх співвідношення з процесом консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Проаналізовано загальні тенденції у молодіжному середовищі за основними його характеристиками та зроблено відповідні висновки. Окреслено види консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Виділено фактори, які необхідно враховувати під час розробки системи управління соціально-економічною активністю молоді. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування запропонованих принципів створення єдиної системи соціально-економічних передумов для консультування з питань молодіжного підприємництва та заходів, що сприятимуть масовому залученню молодих людей до підприємницької діяльності та відновлення економіки України.
The article considers the importance of studying the socio-economic prerequisites of counseling youth entrepreneurship in the restoration of the socially-oriented market economy and the economy of Ukraine as a whole during the war and post-war period. The relevance of considering the process of youth entrepreneurship development is determined and the importance of creating a unified system of socio-economic prerequisites for youth entrepreneurship counseling is substantiated. The concept of youth entrepreneurship has been studied and its feature as an effective form of entrepreneurial activity has been determined. The properties of small enterprises and their ability to mobilize significant financial and production resources of the population are considered. Current tasks of global social importance and the influence of youth entrepreneurship on their solutions are highlighted. The characteristic features of the activities of young people are described, which are characterized by education, erudition, energy, ambition, skills in using Internet technologies, which makes them very competitive. The signs and conditions of the transition to the path of economic reconstruction of Ukraine, their correlation with the process of consulting youth entrepreneurship in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions are characterized. A theoretical analysis of general trends in the youth environment based on its main characteristics was conducted and relevant conclusions were drawn. It is formulated what types of counseling in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions include youth entrepreneurship. The factors that must be taken into account during the development of a system for managing the socio-economic activity of young people are highlighted. The expediency of applying the proposed principles of creating a unified system of socio-economic prerequisites for consulting on youth entrepreneurship and measures that will contribute to the mass involvement of young people in entrepreneurial activities and the recovery of the economy of Ukraine is substantiated. |
