Зростання мобільності суспільства та розвиток інформаційно- комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) зумовлюють необхідність змін у підходах до організації навчального процесу. Одним із пріоритетних напрямів є впровадження сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, зокрема технологій та засобів мобільного навчання. Метою статті було проаналізувати вплив штучного інтелекту та інформаційних технологій на мобільну освіту як інноваційний напрям у сфері освіти. Мобільна освіта визначається як навчальний процес, який не обмежується закладом освіти, а може бути організований у будь-який час за допомогою інформаційно- комунікаційних технологій. Поширення цифровізації призвело до трансформації області освіти, яка почала покладатися на автоматизацію, включаючи використання можливостей штучного інтелекту. У сфері освіти штучний інтелект використовується для розробки нових технологій та інструментів, спрямованих на полегшення навчання і підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу в цілому. Протягом останніх років в обговореннях щодо використання Інтернету та мобільних додатків у сфері освіти все більше виникає питання про ефективність використання чат-ботів. Останнім часом ця увага обумовлена появою штучного інтелекту Chat GPT, який є одним з найпопулярніших та високоефективних інструментів у галузі штучного інтелекту та обробки природної мови. Застосування цієї технології дозволяє автоматизувати різні процеси, такі як створення текстів, відповіді на запитання та генерація контенту. Проте, попри всі переваги, використання Chat GPT в освіті не позбавлене обмежень і ризиків. Одним з основних ризиків є можливість систематичних помилок в аналізі текстів та оцінці знань здобувачів. Тому для ефективного впровадження цих технологій в мобільну освіту потрібно враховувати всі ризики для здобувачів та викладачів. Іншою інформаційною технологією в освіті є використання SMART-середовища, що визначається як застосування різноманітних комплексних інструментів та інтерактивних методів навчання. В цілому, вплив штучного інтелекту та інформаційних технологій на мобільну освіту є багатогранним. Штучний інтелект дозволяє створювати персоналізовані програми навчання, отримувати здобувачами освіти відповіді на питання за допомогою текстової чи голосової взаємодії, проводити аналіз даних успішності, відстежувати прогрес здобувачів у реальному часі тощо.
In connection with the growth of society’s mobility, there is a need for quick access to information, which in turn leads to the emergence of new approaches to the organization of the educational process. One of the priorities in the field of education is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies, in particular mobile learning technologies and tools. The purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of modern technologies, namely artificial intelligence and information technologies, on mobile education. It was determined that mobile education is an educational process that is not limited to an educational institution but can be organized at any time with the help of information and communication technologies. The spread of digitalization has led to the transformation of the field of education, which has begun to rely on automation, including the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. In the field of education, artificial intelligence is used to develop new technologies and tools aimed at facilitating learning and increasing the efficiency of the educational process as a whole. In recent years, discussions about the use of the Internet and mobile applications in the field of education have increasingly raised the question of the effectiveness of the use of chatbots. Recently, this attention is due to the emergence of artificial intelligence Chat GPT, which is one of the most popular and highly effective tools in the field of artificial intelligence and natural language processing. The use of this technology allows you to automate various processes, such as creating texts, answering questions, and generating content. However, despite all the advantages, the use of Chat GPT in education is not without limitations and risks. One of the main risks is the possibility of systematic errors in the analysis of texts and evaluation of the knowledge of the applicants. Therefore, for the effective implementation of these technologies in mobile education, it is necessary to take into account all the risks for learners and teachers. Another information technology in education is the use of a SMART environment, which is defined as the use of various complex tools and interactive learning methods. In general, the impact of artificial intelligence and information technologies on mobile education is multifaceted. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to create personalized training programs, get education seekers answers to questions using text or voice interaction, conduct performance data analysis, monitor the progress of students in real-time, etc. |
