У тезах висвітлено особистісно-професійний розвиток науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти в ситуаціях невизначеності. Зазначено, що в умовах невизначеності професійний розвиток є пріоритетним завданням для педагогів, а їхні освітні потреби характеризуються високим рівнем спорідненості мотивів, форм та змісту особистісно-професійного розвитку. Наголошено на тому, що в складних умовах невизначеності прагнення до професійного розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників ЗВО характеризується толерантним ставленням до новизни, мінливості й складності ситуацій, готовності до прийняття нових умов діяльності та взаємодії, пошуку альтернативних рішень, адаптивності.
Theses highlight the personal and professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in situations of uncertainty. It is noted that in conditions of uncertainty, professional development is a priority task for teachers, and their educational needs are characterized by a high level of affinity of motives, forms and content of personal and professional development. It is emphasized that in difficult conditions of uncertainty, the desire for professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions is characterized by a tolerant attitude to novelty, variability and complexity of situations, readiness to accept new conditions of activity and interaction, search for alternative solutions, adaptability. |
