У статті розкрито сутність закладу професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти як середовища для розвитку лідерських якостей здобувачів освіти. Окреслено психологічні аспекти емпіричного вивчення лідерських якостей у структурі особистості здобувача професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Визначено, що в психологічній структурі особистості лідера є певні психологічні якості: здатність брати на себе відповідальність за свої вчинки та дії інших, організаторські та комунікативні здібності, рівень мотивації тощо. Описано результати анкетування педагогічних працівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти щодо розвитку лідерських якостей здобувачів освіти, а також наявності серед них лідерів різної спрямованості. Зроблено висновки, що створивши сприятливі психолого-педагогічні умови в середовищі закладу професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, можливо виховати лідерів, здатних рухатися в напрямку динамічних і швидких змін у сфері виробництва.
The article reveals the essence of the institution of professional (vocational and technical) education as an environment for the development of leadership qualities of students. The psychological aspects of the empirical study of leadership qualities in the personality structure of a professional (vocational-technical) education student are outlined. It was determined that there are certain psychological qualities in the psychological structure of a leader's personality: the ability to take responsibility for one's own actions and the actions of others, organizational and communicative abilities, the level of motivation, etc. The results of a survey of pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions regarding the development of leadership qualities of education seekers, as well as the presence of leaders of different orientations among them, are described. It was concluded that by creating favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions in the environment of a professional (vocational and technical) education institution, it is possible to educate leaders who are able to move in the direction of dynamic and rapid changes in the field of production. |
