У статті схарактеризовано первні «сродної» педагогічної праці у життєтворчості доктора педагогічних наук, професора, завідувача кафедри української мови і літератури Сумського державного педагогічного університету імені А.С. Макаренка, керівника ресурсного центру професійного розвитку вчителя української мови і літератури, науково-дослідної лабораторії «Академічна культура дослідника» при університеті, відомої дослідниці з теорії і методики, лінгводидактики вищої професійної освіти, профільного філологічного навчання Олени Семеног. Доведено, що з ім’ям знаної дослідниці пов’язаний інноваційний поступ української педагогічної освіти, розвитку наукової школи формування і розвитку культуромовної особистості дослідника в умовах неперервної освіти, імплементації європейських цінностей в сучасному науково-освітньому просторі. Окреслено основні ідеї вченої в контексті сучасної лінгвоперсонології: формування культуромовної особистості майбутніх фахівців; утвердження академічної культури як європейської цінності; утвердження культури наукового наставництва; неперервності професійного розвитку вчителя української мови і літератури; створення цифрового середовища для освітньої і наукової діяльності; формування україномовної компетентності учня. Обґрунтовано, що основне досягнення Олени Миколаївни Семеног – це повага від людей, кристалізована щоденною працею, добрим серцем, професіоналізмом, наполегливістю і подвижницькою роботою на педагогічній, освітянській, науковій нині; це наукова школа, яка активно розвивається задля утвердження унікальності філологічної, педагогічної науки на українських теренах; це сотні вчителів-філологів, у професійному житті яких постать відомої дослідниці, талановитої наставниці, педагогині відіграла мотивуючу, спонукальну роль.
The article describes the first “kindred” pedagogical work in the life of Olena Semenoh – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Language and Literature of the Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University, Head of the Resource Center for Professional Development of Teachers of Ukrainian Language and Literature, Research Laboratory “Researcher Academic Culture” at the same university, and a well-known researcher in the theory and methodology, linguodidactics of higher professional education, specialized philological education. It is proved that the name of the famous researcher is associated with the innovative progress of Ukrainian pedagogical education, the development of the scientific school for the formation and development of a culturally and linguistically diverse personality of a researcher in the conditions of lifelong education, the implementation of European values in the modern scientific and educational environment. The main ideas of the researcher in the context of modern linguopersonology are outlined: formation of a culturally and linguistically diverse personality of future specialists; establishment of academic culture as a European value; establishment of a culture of scientific mentoring; continuity of professional development of a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature; creation of a digital environment for educational and scientific activities; formation of a student’s Ukrainian-language competence. It is substantiated that the main achievement of Olena Mykolaivna Semenoh is respect from people, crystallized by daily work, kind heart, professionalism, perseverance, and selfless service in the pedagogical, educational, and scientific field; a scientific school that is actively developing to establish the uniqueness of philological and pedagogical science in Ukraine; hundreds of philology teachers whose professional life was motivated and encouraged by this famous researcher, talented mentor, and pedagogue. |
